Alma mater
For those out-of-towners that are not in the know.....our old alma mater Central High School is no more.   It has been closed down and torn down.

Therefore, any previously districted student address would now either be attending Denfeld or East High School.   Also, OLD Central (3rd Street building)

has now been converted to Condos for those desiring to live downtown in an old historic building/converted building.  Hail Hail old Central.  We bid thee farewell however, once a TROJAN, ALWAYS A TROJAN!

Annual Central Alumni Hockey Game......Old farts verse young guns.....
This year it was a 2 game 2 hour hockey extravaganza.  The teams were split for the most part with over 40 and under 40 with a few exceptions.   Recognize any alumni in the picture?  I bet you do.....
The old farts won game #1  but, ran out of gas and lost Game #2 or was it too much beer between games??????    You be the judge!  Any alumni hockey players interested in playing in next year’s event let me know and I will be sure to include you in the event.  This year it was held in the Heritage Sports Center in the old Clyde Iron area off of Michigan Street and 28th Ave West.   Come join next year’s game or just be one of the cheering fans!  There were quite a few fans and was a fun game to watch from what the spectators told me after the game!    I can say it was fun to play and you will enjoy seeing if the old farts can still skate.....hope to see you next year!
